During the week (from 4.11.19 to 8.11.19) there were meetings of the postgraduate project participants with the guest lecturers who are active members of the scientific school of pedagogical comparative studies of Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko.

In particular, on November 5, 2019, a meeting with Ph.D., Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages of Sumy National Agrarian University T. I. Klochkova took place. She presented the basics of risk management in higher education, the experience of the UK’s top universities on risk portfolio management and risk management. Another guest lecturer of the day was Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Marina Boychenko, whose subject of speech was the management of talents in the modern higher education. The lively discussion of the problem of talent management was concerned not only with the education sector but also with the material industries that could set an example for universities in retaining and developing talented human resources.
