We continue to summarize the four-year work of the educational and scientific program on Educational, Pedagogical Sciences.
On September 18, 2020 a brilliant defence of the dissertation on the topic «Formation of speech competence of future junior specialists in journalism in the process of professional training» by Ponomarenko N., a project participant of Jean Monnet Module on the specialty 011 «Educational, pedagogical sciences» took place.
The supervisor of the thesis is a member of the project team, the author of training courses on academic culture and academic mentoring, a supporter of academic integrity and an organizer of representative international scientific conferences Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor O.M. Semenog.
The scientific novelty of the obtained research results is that for the first time a model of formation of speech competence of future junior specialists in journalism in the process of professional training has been developed and theoretically substantiated; it is based on the positions of the personal-developmental, systemic, culturological, competence, textual, axiological methodological approaches, general didactic and specific principles, it provides the improvement of the content of academic disciplines of language and literature, professional and practical cycle, the involvement of traditional and innovative forms, methods and tools; it is implemented within the theoretical and methodological, procedural and semantic, diagnostic blocks; the pedagogical conditions of realization of the specified model in the process of professional training of future junior specialists in journalism are substantiated.
An important component of the study has become the study and generalization of the European experience of training specialists in the field of journalism, about which Natalia Ponomarenko reported at the training sessions and conferences held within the project.
