An important component of the professional development of a lecturer of institution of higher education is pedagogical practice. The postgraduate project participants undergo this practice during the second or third year of their study. This year in the conditions of quarantine teaching takes place on the on-line platform ZOOM, therefore, the trainees master new methods and techniques for teaching courses on-line.
On November 5, 2020 a distance lecture on the course «Pedagogy» was held by a second-year postgraduate student of the specialty 011 Educational, pedagogical sciences (field of knowledge 01 – Education/Pedagogy) A.B. Trofimenko for the second-year students of Educational and Scientific Institute of History, Law and International Relations and the Faculty of Foreign and Slavic Philology. The topic of the lecture was «Lesson as the main form of learning organization». During the lecture the following issues were considered: the types and structure of the lesson; the requirements for a modern lesson; teacher’s preparation for the lesson; a pedagogical analysis of the lesson.
At the beginning the topic and didactic goals of this lecture were clearly formulated; the lecture was accurately divided into structural and logical parts. During the explanation of the educational material A. Trofimenko successfully combined traditional and interactive learning technologies, visual methods were provided by the use of modern technical equipment, all illustrations (presentation) were synchronized with the text of the lecture. The postgraduate student asked the problematic questions about the content of the presented material.
The students showed a great interest in the material taught by the postgraduate student A. Trofimenko, were actively involved in the discussion of problematic issues.
