Lecture № 3 “Comparative Pedagogy of Higher Education: National, European and Global Contexts” was presented to the participants of the project on November 19^th 2018. A wide range of issues concerning the contextual factors of the development of higher education in the conditions of the knowledge society was the subject of the discussin.
