On May 22, 2020 the workshop «Innovative approaches to the management of research projects» was held. The following issues were considered: university development management; management of academic, educational projects; fundraising activities of the university; risk management in research projects. The projects of Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko, in particular the research laboratory «Academic culture of the researcher in the educational space» and the resource center for professional development of the teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature were emphasized; the relevance of their activities is due to the social order for the training of teachers/professionals in the context of European professionalism and the preservation of the best mental Ukrainian characteristics, needs to organize competence training, to provide more effective communicative interaction «University – School».
