On April 20, 2021, as part of the implementation of the project, the VII-th International Scientific and Practical Conference «Innovative Development of Higher Education: Global, European and National Dimensions of Change» began its work.
The conference was co-organized by the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko, Institute of Pedagogy of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, Institute of Pedagogical and Adult Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, Ukrainian Association of Educational Researchers in cooperation with scientific and educational institutions of 11 countries of the world (Poland, the Netherlands, Serbia, France, Great Britain, Belarus, China, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ecuador, Mexico).
The conference was attended by about 200 scientists, educators, students, postgraduate students, teachers, school administrators, representatives of the administration of higher, secondary and extracurricular education.

Makarenko, Doctor of Economics, Professor Kudrina Olga Yuriyivna, Director of Educational and Scientific Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Kondratyuk Svitlana Mykolayivna greeted the conference participants.
The scientific event was attended by a representative of the Erasmus + National Office in Ukraine, a manager of Jean Monnet direction Krainik Petro Ivanovych, who acquainted the scientific community with the opportunities to participate in Erasmus + programs until 2027.
