On November 13, 2020 the conference was continued at sectional meetings.
The project participants took part in the sectional meetings, where the speeches of lecturers and postgraduate students of the Department of Pedagogy were presented. In particular, the subjects of discussion were the problems associated with the professional identification of future teachers in the context of global challenges: the example of the Covid-19 pandemic (Kovalenko N.V.), application of a project approach to the development of entrepreneurial competence in out-of-school education institutions (V.V. Avramenko), development of engineering component of STEM-education in the USA (Boichenko V.V.), formation of facilitation skills of the future natural sciences teacher (Trofimenko A.B.), peculiarities of the Polish school in terms of distance learning (Kokhanova N.S.), the attitude of school-age children to health care (Karpus O.S.), trajectories of development of humane pedagogy (Mykhailychenko I.V.), spiritual and moral education of the individual in the activities of Sunday schools (Shulga Y.S.) and others.
Within the framework of the conference, a round table meeting of external and internal stakeholders of the educational and scientific program of the third (doctoral) level of higher education 011 Educational, pedagogical sciences took place. All participants emphasized the need to update periodically the SNP in accordance with the needs and requests of employers and postgraduate students. The changes introduced in the educational and scientific program during 2019-2020 academic year were discussed, in particular, the expansion of the range of elective courses and the strengthening of the content component aimed at improving the innovative skills of the future doctor of philosophy. External stakeholders (Krasulya A.V., Klochkova T.I., Syoma S.O., etc.) shared their views on the importance of obtaining a doctorate for successful employment and career growth in academic and non-academic fields. The need to adhere to the principles of academic integrity in educational and scientific activities was emphasized.
