On February 17, 2020 a roundtable meeting on academic integrity was held at SSPU named after A.S. Makarenko. The legislative and regulatory requirements, adherence to the code of academic integrity at the university, the creation of a repository of final qualification papers, the issues regarding the prevention and detection of academic plagiarism at the level of training of Ph.D., ensuring adherence to the principles and rules of academic integrity, initiating the issue of newsletter «Academic Integrity» were discussed  with the first Vice-Rector Prof. Pshenichnay L.V. and lecturers from different departments. The roundtable meeting was the final seminar-workshop «Culture of the Ukrainian Scientific Language» for training courses of teaching staff of Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A. S. Makarenko.
