On October 1, 2019 the classes were devoted to the issues of transfer and exchange of scientific information on the basis of reading texts on specialty. The students watched the video and discussed it with the partners. They got acquainted with useful phrases and vocabulary. Participation in conferences, scientific disputes on the topic of research was discoursed with the postgraduates.
On September 30, 2019 the report of the project team on the implementation of the first year tasks (01.09.2018 - 30.08.2019) was held at the meeting of the Academic Council of the University. Project Coordinator Prof. A.A. Zbruieva informed on the content, forms, methods and means of the project implementation. The member of the project team prof. O.M. Semenog reported on the involvement of a broad contingent of university and city pedagogical community in the project, the importance of disseminating information about the project through social networks. The presentation of the report on the implementation of the first year of the project is attached.
On September 24, 2019 the first lecture under the title «Academic Writing. Critical Approaches to reading and Writing» was conducted to the postgraduate students of the second course. The main features of effective academic writing were defined. The first seminar was devoted to personal and professional identification. The students worked with the partners, discussed the given questions and coped with the written tasks.
On September 16, 2019 the members of Erasmus + Jean Monnet Module Program took part in the defence of the doctoral dissertation of the Polish citizen Dariusz Skalski, an adjunct of Academy of Physical Education named after M.Sc. Andzej Sniadecki in Gdansk (Department of Sport and Water Sports). The topic of the dissertation is «Concepts of physical education in the countries of the European Union». The scientific consultant of the dissertation is doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor Oksana Zabolotnaya, who is well-known for broad experience of cooperation with the scientists from the EU countries and has been successful in working with the EU Grants, including completing the Jean Monnet Module program. Leading Ukrainian scientists, doctors of pedagogical sciences, professors Anatoliy Kuzminsky, Andrey Suschenko and Elena Lokshina became the opponents of Dariusz Skalsky’s dissertation.
